MANAGEMENT TRAINER POSITIONS BEING FILLED ON A CONTRACT BASIS FROM THE HAK GROUP

Saudi Aramco is seeking management training and organizational development analysts to support corporate initiatives in leadership and competency-based development. You will join a highly- motivated team of internal consultants in the Career Development Department, assisting business lines in developing their next generation leaders and in facilitating organizational learning and change. You will have opportunities to engage in consulting projects with executive management to support strategic business objectives as part of the ongoing organizational development process.

The position demands a high level of professionalism, integrity, and interpersonal skills in dealing with board cultural diversity and resistance to change typical to an international industrial enterprise. An uncompromising commitment to world-class performance is expected.

Candidates must be degreed, with at least 6-9 years experience in organization development and/or management consulting. The following is preferred:

- an advanced degree or certifications in business administration or organizational psychology
- experience in implementing organizational learning strategies
- experience working as an internal change agent
- certification for facilitating leadership training courses from Archive Global (Zenger-Miller), Seven Habits and First Things First (Covey Leadership) and Situational Leadership (Blanchard Training).
