For Commissioning Operators Specifications:
1.Should have at least between 8 to 15 years experience in Linear Alfa Olefins Process or in Butene/Hexene Process
2.Should Have at least 8 years working in the Panel as ¡§Panel Operators
3.Should have experience in working in the Plant various areas such as Reaction, Decanters, Separation and LAO support facilities
4.Should have experience in commissioning and startup of LAO plant
5.Should have experience in writing procedure and operating guidelines
